CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1.The stud service fee is payable in full at the time of the first breeding unless otherwise specified in the initial agreements for the breeding. (*) i.e. - The owner of the stud dog shall select a stud fee "puppy" in lieu of cash when litter is 5 weeks or older. Individual arrangements will be made in writing between the owners of the stud dog and the owner of the Bitch. A tie will not occur if said contract has not been signed and filled in completely and ALL documents are in place in Stud owners file specific to the above bitch.

2. Stud owner does not guarantee a live litter with above Bitch. However if services are rendered between Stud and Bitch and the Bitch whelps-A “live” litter" This is specified as: Two live puppies living to one week of age is considered a “live” litter.
3. If the Bitch fails to whelp, the owner of the Bitch must notify the stud dog owner within ten days of the whelping due date. A return service will be given by the stud dog described to the bitch described above within 1 year of the date of the stud contract with an additional $200 booking fee. If the bitch has medical issues whether known to both Stud and Bitch owner at the time of breeding or post breeding that preclude her from pregnancy to term- The stud owner will not refund the stud fee or booking fee. If an exception is made by either owners- it must be added to this contract in writing on the first/original date that the contract began.
4. All transportation expenses are the responsibility of the owner of the bitch. By air freight or ground prepaid to a designated location determined by the stud owner.
5. It is understood that the owners of the stud dog shall maintain responsible care of the bitch while at the stud dog owner’s facility. It is also understood that the owner of the bitch will assume all costs incurred by the owner of the stud dog for any medical treatment by a veterinarian required for the bitch while under the supervision of the owner of the stud dog.
6. In case of an AI breeding, (artificial insemination) all costs incurred by the owners of the stud dog will be charged to the owner of the bitch. This includes but is not limited to : ovulation timing tests, semen collection and shipping costs.
7. Any bitch that cannot be bred due to viciousness or any other extreme behavior problem will be returned to the owner with a refund of the stud fee payment not the booking fee.
8. It is the responsibility of the owner of the bitch to advise the owner of the stud dog of any habits, behavioral problems and/or medical conditions of the bitch described above. It is not the responsibility of the stud owner to refund stud fee after services have been rendered including no refund of booking fee.
9. The owner of the Bitch shall furnish the owner of the stud dog the following information from a state certified veterinarian prior to breeding :
a. Copy of the AKC/Club registration papers/Pedigree/Picture.
b. OFA hip certification is essential for dogs 2 years or older.
c. A clear Brucellosis test no more than 30 days old must be submitted by bitch owner-Current immunization /worming records/other health clearances.
d. Expectable Conformation, AKC guide lines- No faults of any kind-
e. Dam must be at least 11/2 years or older and after her first heat.
10. In the event that the owner of the stud dog chooses to take a puppy in lieu of a stud fee, the owners of the stud dog reserve the right to withhold the signing of the AKC/ASCA litter registration until said puppy is in possession of the stud dog owner.
